Majority of orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. The shipment might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking ID.

We offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy, to provide you with a worry free shopping experience, when you choose to make a full payment on (“Website”).  If you are not satisfied with the item for whatever reason, you may conveniently return it before installation, in its original packaging for a refund, within 10 days of delivery.

The terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the terms and conditions.

How can I return a product ordered from the Website?

If you want to return the Product purchased on the Website, here’s the process you can follow:

Step 1 -Initate a return or replacement request by calling our Paramountpure Customer Care number – 1800 102 4880.

Step 2-Keep the Product ready along with its original packaging , manuals and receipts;

Step 3 – Handover the Product to be returned to our representative  from the place of delivery; and

Step 4 -We will replace the Product or arrange refund within 3-7 working days of receipt of Product at our premises.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?

You can conveniently return any Product purchased on the Website within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

How and when will I get my refund?

Once Product has been collected and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase of the Product. Please note that no refunds are made by cash.

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from Website except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-7 days after we receive and process your Product return. Refunds in form of cheques can take 10-12 business days to arrive by  speed post/ courier.

What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?

When you agree for NEFT refund, the Company’s customer support will get in touch with you for some details. For NEFT refund, we require your Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate the refund process once we receive the details from you, and it takes 7-10 days for the money to be credited back to your account from the time you initiate your request and return the Product.


You may cancel your order before your product has shipped. If the cancellation is made after your product has shipped/ delivered, it will be cancelled by initiating a refund. You may call our customer care department to initiate a refund.
